Officina 00 is a Restaurant and Pasta Workshop from Elia Sebregondi and Enzo Mirto.
Located minutes from Old Street Roundabout, Officina 00 will focus on a seasonal menu of artisanal pastas, prepared before diners in a theatre kitchen. Our menu is built around regional traditional Italian recipes which we create using innovative cooking techniques.
The workshop offers a variety of pasta making masterclasses suitable for anyone wanting to learn the art of pasta making.
Filled Pasta [ 2.5h | £85 ] This class is a bit more advanced and may require a little experience of pasta making. We will learn how to make filled pasta such as Tortellini & Raviolo Fritto Cacio & Pepe. We recommend some previous experience making pasta for this workshop.
Our Own Touch [ 3h | £95 ] This is a completely Officina 00 style pasta masterclass. Here you will learn Officina’s own recipes, such as pasta dough made with white wine, salty and sweet pasta recipes, and coloured pasta dough.
Introduction [ 2h | £70 ] Learn how to make fresh egg pasta dough from scratch and shape 2 different pastas: Garganelli & Spaghetti guitar.
The above includes time for lunch, at which you will be served the pasta you have made, with seasonal sauces and sides, and a glass of wine or Prosecco.
We will also share a recipe card with you to take home, with all the recipes from your class. Workshops will run up to max 6 people. Bespoke workshops for larger groups upon request.
