Who are we?

Our restaurants serve authentic Italian cuisine in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and are part of a collaboration between us, best friends and business partners Elia Sebregondi and Enzo Mirto.

We grew up together in Naples, Italy and the name sums up the pillars of our food philosophy: Officina is Italian for ‘workshop’ or ‘lab,’ for recipe experimentation and 00 (double-zero) is the finest grade of flour, used to make pasta.

Our seasonal menus are built around regional traditional Italian recipes which we recreate using innovative cooking techniques and the freshest of locally sourced ingredients to enhance the flavour and richness of the pasta. Our pasta – including a gluten free variety - is freshly made each day and eventually, we hope to mill our own flour inhouse.

We create authentic pasta from traditional recipes used in Italian households and eateries for decades with every dish telling a story from our childhood in the country. We do not compromise on the quality and authenticity because these two characteristics are at the core of the Italian food that we all love and enjoy, learnt at our nonna’s knee.
