Opening this Autumn, Officina 00 is a new restaurant and pasta workshop from Elia Sebregondi and Enzo Mirto.
Located minutes from Old Street roundabout, Officina 00 will focus on a seasonal menu of artisanal pastas, prepared before diners in a theatre kitchen. Our menu is built around regional traditional Italian recipes which we create using innovative cooking techniques.
Officina is Italian for workshop and 00 is the premium type of flour we use in the most of our recipes.
